An excellent opportunity to unwind from the “rush” of the modern world in comfortable and safe surrounding and learning to appreciate the wisdom of the Buddhist principles. This was my sixth retreat at Gaia and it only gets better

So much thoughtfulness, heartfulness and hard work goes into making Gaia House such a magical retreat! It’s a safe space to allow myself to drop into a deeper level. The teachings have all been wonderful and beautifully delivered.

These two weeks have given me the space and time I needed to slow down and listen to my body. I’ve been supported to develop my Metta practice, extending it beyond what I had previously felt possible. I feel stronger in my faith in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha

I have benefitted from wonderful peace and silence of Gaia House. I love the way it works so ordered yet so kind-generous spirit. The teaching has been thoughtful, thought provoking and good to listen and humorous

It gives me lots to work with because “stuff” comes up with the challenges and interactions. I felt supported by the coordinators and Gaia House. I value the weekly meeting and the opportunity to see a teacher. I value and feel the care and the trust given so generously. Gaia House is a rare and precious gift.
